Inquiries
During the closure period, we will not be responding to inquiries by contact form, phone, or email. Inquiries received during this period will be answered in order from Tuesday, August 18.
Orders and Shipping
Throughout the closure period, we will continue to accept orders and ship as usual.
Treatment schedules at medical institutions do not take holidays.
Scheduled administration dates arrive regardless of when we are closed.
That is why we do not stop shipping. Our manufacturing, storage, and delivery operations are all structured to run through the closure period. Orders placed through the member page are accepted around the clock and delivered on the same schedule as at any other time of year.
As a supply infrastructure dedicated to medical institutions, our duty is to keep supply uninterrupted.
In this one respect, we have no closing days.
