Manufacturing

A Manufacturing Facility Built to the Highest Domestic Standard

We run our own 330 m² CPC (cell processing centre) in Ginza, Tokyo, with a Class 10,000 cleanroom and a Class 100 safety cabinet. Because we own every step from donor selection to filling, we can disclose the test results and donor information behind each lot.

Cell processing room at the Ginza manufacturing facility

What a conditioned medium contains depends on which cells, which medium, how many days and how it was collected. You cannot outsource those steps and still stand behind a claim of "high concentration". We hold the entire process in house and manufacture with no animal-derived components and no medium-derived protein.

The facility is open for tours. Cleanliness is easier to judge on site than on paper.

Pricing

Wholesale Price Is Not Set "Per Millilitre"

Line up quotes for conditioned medium by the millilitre and the most diluted product looks cheapest, because dilution adds volume. The same money can buy several times more or less of what matters, so match the specifications before you compare unit prices.

01

Dilution adds volume

Diluting a conditioned medium adds volume without adding a single molecule. Compared "per mL", the more dilute product always looks cheaper.

Compare by what one dose needs, not by volume

02

Powder weight is not content

The milligrams in a freeze-dried product are mostly salts and sugars from the medium. More powder does not mean more of what you want.

Check total protein, not gross weight

03

Particle counts need a method

A figure like "trillions per cc" cannot be set beside anyone else's unless the method, dilution and what was counted are stated. The same sample can differ by orders of magnitude.

Look for the method before the number

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Stem cell conditioned medium that contains no cells is treated as outside the scope of Japan's Act on the Safety of Regenerative Medicine; whether it applies is decided case by case. Our products are supplied as research reagents and are not approved as pharmaceuticals or medical devices. Any use for treatment is at the discretion and responsibility of the physician.
