Thank you for your continued support of TechnoCell products.
To help maintain the quality of our freeze-dried products, we are writing to inform you of a change to our shipping method and additional recommendations for storage conditions.
Background
A key advantage of our freeze-dried products is that they can be stored at room temperature (up to 40℃). This convenience remains unchanged.
In recent years, however, climate change has increased the risk that shipments are exposed to temperatures above 40℃ in transit, even in winter. To more reliably safeguard product quality until it reaches you, we have decided to revise our shipping method.
What is changing
| Item | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Shipping method | Refrigerated courier in summer only | Refrigerated courier year-round |
Storage after arrival
Freeze-dried products can still be stored at room temperature as long as the environment stays at or below 40℃. Where the storage temperature can be reliably controlled, you may continue to store them at room temperature as before.
However, if the storage environment may exceed 40℃, or if you place particular importance on long-term stability, we recommend refrigerated or frozen storage.
| Product | Storage conditions |
|---|---|
| Freeze-dried products | Room temperature: acceptable where 40℃ or below can be maintained Recommended: refrigerated (2–8℃) or frozen (−20℃ or below) |
| Liquid-frozen products | Frozen storage: −20℃ or below |
We will continue to strengthen our quality management so that you can use our products with confidence. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
If you have any questions or concerns about storage, please consult the physician in charge or feel free to reach us through our contact form.
